We are seeking a skilled Document Management Specialist to join our team at Belcan. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for providing critical asset information to support our operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop strong relationships with our engineering team and service providers to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with engineering documentation standards within our Electronic Document Management System (EDMS).
- Efficiently manage and update asset information to support informed decision-making.
- Support team development and resolve issues proactively to drive business success.
**Requirements:**
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with excellent prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with EDMS, such as 4Projects, Viewpoint, or Advantum (Mercury).
- Familiarity with database management.
