In the role of a Cover Supervisor, you will have the chance to impact students' lives by teaching and overseeing classes across Key Stages 3 and 4. With pre-prepared lesson plans available, you will enter the classroom and deliver engaging educational content, ensuring a high standard of learning.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- No Qualified Teacher Status is required for this position.
- Experience in an educational setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
- A genuine interest in student learning and development.
- A compassionate and nurturing demeanor.
- Strong behavior management skills and the confidence to address various classroom situations.
Your Responsibilities
- Delivering pre-set lessons: Facilitate learning by adhering to lesson plans and fostering a productive classroom environment.
- Maintaining Classroom Order: Manage student behavior to ensure a respectful and focused atmosphere.
- Assisting Students: Provide support by answering questions and offering guidance to students.
- Reporting: Document any issues or incidents and communicate them to relevant staff members.

Position Requirements

- Completion of Safer Recruitment in Education checks is mandatory.
- UK residency or a minimum of two years of residency in the UK for vetting purposes.
