About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Director to join our team at Willis Towers Watson. As a key member of our Defined Contribution (DC) team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of new clients and client change projects within commercial expectations and contract commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Proactively lead the implementation of new clients and client change projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implementation Configuration: Collaborate with clients and colleagues to agree implementation configuration specifications, oversee the transition of new members and new monies into LifeSight, and manage the initial relationship through the stabilisation period.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency and effectiveness improvements to current processes, documentation, and delivery management.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations, negotiate with clients and stakeholders, and escalate issues as necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in leading complex implementation projects and delivery teams.
  • DC Pensions Expertise: Excellent knowledge of occupational DC pensions, including pensions administration and the DC marketplace.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills, including risk management and stakeholder management.
  • Client Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Emotional Intelligence: High emotional intelligence and ability to develop and challenge ideas to solve client/business needs.
