About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Centre Responder to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a Care Centre Responder, you will be responsible for providing safe, positive support to individuals with Learning Disabilities in a flexible 0 hour contract. This role involves responding to people's needs and providing support in all aspects of daily living, helping them achieve their goals and aspirations as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with Learning Disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care
  • Use technology to give individuals more choice and control over their lives
  • Support individuals with behaviours that require intensive support planning and management
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Access to a motor car
  • Level 2 Diploma in Care or relevant experience
