We're seeking a talented Product Owner with a focus on UX/UI to drive the user experience and interface design of our products. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products are intuitive, visually appealing, and customer-centric.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Product Owner - UX/UI, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Define and drive the UX/UI vision and strategy for our products, aligning with our business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with designers and front-end developers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that meet our high standards.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design and feature enhancements, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience across all product touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for UX/UI improvements and drive innovation within our products.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation of UX/UI designs, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong focus on UX/UI and a track record of delivering successful products.
- Background in UX/UI design, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences that meet our high standards and exceed customer expectations.
- Experience in the communication technology industry is a plus, but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as design, computer science, or a related field.
What We Offer:
- 12-month contract with a competitive day rate, outside IR35.
