About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Circle Development. As a key member of our construction consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent, ensuring compliance with JCT Contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  • Manage projects to deliver high-quality services and deliverables, meeting client expectations and project timelines.
  • Prepare tender documentation, design marking schemes, and compile contract documentation.
  • Evaluate and report on project programmes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Identify new business development opportunities and contribute to the growth of our construction consultancy.
  • Provide expert advice to directors on project-related matters, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • MRICS or currently focused on APC within the next 12 months.
  • Experience in administering JCT Contracts and residential new build projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, technical proficiency, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work effectively in a team, and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
