We are seeking a skilled BMS Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Johnson Controls International. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for carrying out routine BMS service visits, responding to callouts, and supporting our clients with their building management systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine BMS service visits to ensure optimal system performance
  • Respond to BMS callouts in a timely and efficient manner
  • Support maintenance operations team with customer queries and site fault tracking
  • Prepare clear and accurate reports on site visits, including recommended improvements
  • Carry out BMS related small works projects, including replacing controllers, modules, sensors, and actuators
  • Attend client meetings and maintain regular client communication
  • Support client and supplier relationships for building improvements
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience with BMS systems, including Trend, Delta, Johnsons, or Tridium
  • Knowledgeable with system controls and operation strategies
  • Experience with MCC panels and control panel wiring diagrams
  • Understanding of Trend networking, including LAN, Ethernet, BACnet, and LonWorks
  • Experience with supervisors such as Trend 963 and/or IQvision software
  • Understanding of mechanical plant operation and control
  • Understanding of electrical systems
  • Desire to learn and support new technologies and alternative control systems
  • Confident in IT with working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • A self-starter and strong team-player, flexible and able to work effectively without close supervision
  • Excellent written skills and ability to provide reports in a timely manner
