Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and delivering projects to meet customer and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and integrate multi-disciplined engineering teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead engineering resources to ensure effective project planning, execution, and review.
  • Develop and implement engineering processes, tools, and approaches to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Manage engineering resource requirements through the project lifecycle.
  • Perform engineering planning, management, and review activities to ensure product compliance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in engineering management and Systems Engineering, with a strong understanding of engineering life cycle management and the Design Review Process.
  • Leadership ability to manage a single engineering team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Detailed knowledge of engineering life cycle management and the Design Review Process.
  • Understanding of how different functional areas interrelate and interact within a contract.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM subject or a degree in a relevant engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Chartered status (preferably).
