About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Team Leader to join our team at RecSpec Recruitment Limited. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and leading a team of professionals to achieve branch performance targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards within the trade counter area and warehouse, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Assist with health and safety compliance, ensuring that all team members are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide cover for the Branch Manager in their absence, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • A friendly, welcoming attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A full valid driving license and a willingness to travel to different locations as required.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in a trade counter environment is preferred, but not essential. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and develop their skills.
