Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing our relationship with Booker and developing our commercial strategy to drive growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan to drive sales growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements with customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the retail FMCG industry
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
