The Commissioning & Pre-Operations team plays a crucial role in all projects by ensuring that our newly constructed or modified facilities are transitioned to safe and dependable operations. Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Commissioning Engineer, you will lead a team in executing tasks and ensuring that activities align with the established Start Up, Commissioning, and Pre-Operations protocols. This includes formulating and implementing delivery strategies in accordance with project timelines, as well as monitoring and reporting on progress and implementing corrective measures as needed. You will collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team while also engaging regularly with other project teams, external vendors, and stakeholders. Senior Engineers are viewed as potential Managers and Senior Managers of the future, making this a prime opportunity for career progression within a long-term program.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess an HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant field, along with experience in leading or supervising a team in a technical or engineering context. Given the scale and complexity of our projects, effective communication skills are essential for collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities and a passion for team supervision are crucial, as we aim to further develop these skills as your career evolves.

Experience in the Nuclear sector or a highly regulated environment is advantageous, but we welcome applications from individuals new to the industry who possess the relevant skills and experience.
