About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Commissioning Engineer to join our team at Altrad UK, Ireland & Nordics. As a key member of our Programme and Project Partners (PPP) team, you will play a vital role in the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a team in the delivery of work, ensuring activities are completed in line with established processes and project schedules.
  • Develop and execute delivery plans, reviewing and reporting on work progress and taking corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • HNC or equivalent Level 4 qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience of leading and/or supervising a team in a technical/engineering environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise and develop a team.
  • Experience of working in a nuclear or highly regulated environment is desirable, but not essential.
