About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality swimming lessons to individuals of all ages and abilities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programs.
  • Contribute to the promotion of memberships by highlighting the benefits of our facilities.

Requirements

  • Hold a Swim England Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Experience working with colleagues to improve teaching program performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
