About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective swimming lessons to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one lessons or group classes to swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Engage, coach, and inspire members to achieve their swimming goals.
  • Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and a talent for coaching that meets individual needs.
  • Promote memberships by explaining the advantages of our facilities in improving total health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • ASA Level 2 or equivalent qualification, together with a track record of coaching swimmers of all ages and abilities.
  • Experience working with colleagues to improve the performance of teaching programmes.
  • A track record of achieving targets.
  • A confident and approachable mannerism, with great communication skills.
