About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Lubrication Technician to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing lubrication services to our clients across the southern region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out lubrication activities across multiple sites, following a pre-defined schedule
  • Install and replenish automatic lubricators, ensuring optimal performance
  • Manage lubricant storeroom stock, maintaining accurate records
  • Deliver knowledge transfer on lubrication techniques and methodologies to enhance our clients' regimes
  • Perform first-line maintenance activities, assessing and documenting issues as needed
  • Work in outside conditions, delivering manually demanding tasks
  • Travel with occasional overnight stays, as required

About You:

  • Demonstrate expertise in tribology and lubrication knowledge
  • Experience working in a mechanical environment, with exposure to rotating equipment/assets
  • Be adaptable, flexible, and self-motivated, with minimal supervision
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental work practices
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office
