About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Travel Designer to join our team at Jacada Travel. As a Travel Designer, you will be responsible for creating unique and personalized travel itineraries that showcase the best of the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and curate bespoke travel experiences that cater to the individual needs and interests of our discerning guests.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless execution of travel plans, including sourcing sustainable and one-of-a-kind hotels and excursions.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with our guests, DMCs, and suppliers to provide exceptional customer care and drive repeat business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services and offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and product training to enhance our services on the ground.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the Asia Pacific region, gained through first-hand experience.
  • Passion for responsible travel and sustainability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Highly organized and efficient, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a positive and supportive attitude.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary and generous commission structure, with a realistic OTE of £50,000 to £90,000.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including a guaranteed minimum commission topping earnings up to at least £38,000 p.a. for the first 6 months.
