About the Role

HRLife Ltd is seeking a talented HR Generalist to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the business with all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Support and Development
    • Coach managers and employees on various HR-related issues, such as absence, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
    • Work with managers to upskill and coach them on having difficult conversations, educating them on HR processes and policies.
  • HR Administration and Data Analysis
    • Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation.
  • Payroll and Absence Management
    • Oversee the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
    • Coordinate and manage all long-term absence, participate in meetings, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage all recruitment administration, ensuring a great candidate experience.
    • Embed new initiatives around employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.
  • HR Projects and Policy Development
    • Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
    • Contribute to business-focused projects, such as retention, mental health, employee engagement, and reward and recognition.
  • Lifecycle Administration
    • Own the lifecycle administration, including onboarding, inductions, starters, and leavers, offboarding, etc.
Requirements
  • Minimum CIPD L3 or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in dealing with employment-related cases, such as grievances and disciplinary hearings.
What We Offer

This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. The salary is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
