Key Responsibilities- Employee Support and Development
- Coach managers and employees on various HR-related issues, such as absence, performance, and disciplinary procedures.
- Work with managers to upskill and coach them on having difficult conversations, educating them on HR processes and policies.
- HR Administration and Data Analysis
- Prepare reports and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures in line with current legislation.
- Payroll and Absence Management
- Oversee the payroll process, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time.
- Coordinate and manage all long-term absence, participate in meetings, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage all recruitment administration, ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Embed new initiatives around employee wellbeing and diversity and inclusion.
- HR Projects and Policy Development
- Support the HR Manager in developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices that support the strategic growth of the business.
- Contribute to business-focused projects, such as retention, mental health, employee engagement, and reward and recognition.
- Lifecycle Administration
- Own the lifecycle administration, including onboarding, inductions, starters, and leavers, offboarding, etc.
- Minimum CIPD L3 or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in dealing with employment-related cases, such as grievances and disciplinary hearings.
This is a hybrid role, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days at home. The salary is up to £45,000 plus benefits.
