Transport Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated Transport Operations Supervisor to join our team at Manchester Trafford Park. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our transport fleet, delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Monitor driver performance, providing feedback and coaching to enhance skills and efficiency.
