Complex Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team in the Crosby area. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a minimum of three months' experience in complex care. You will work on a 12-hour shift pattern, providing care and support to individuals with complex needs. Your duties will include:

  • Providing complex personal care, including oral hygiene and catheter care
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
  • Administering and documenting medication
  • Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must:

  • Have a minimum of three months' experience in complex care
  • Be 18 years or older
