About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team at Collingwood Executive Search. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing research and headhunting support to consultants and clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial search processes, including candidate approaching, for executive search assignments
  • Assist consultants with managing client and candidate relationships
  • Input, manage, and maintain accuracy on our in-house CRM database
  • Provide research support to consultants and clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of research or recruitment consultant experience in any industry
  • A natural team player with a strong sense of accountability
  • Strong personal drive, a can-do attitude, and the initiative to find solutions to problems
  • Confident and natural communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems
