Glasgow Life is seeking a skilled professional to join our Libraries and Communities Team as a Libraries & Communities Officer (Media Literacy). This is a fixed-term contract for up to 1 year, working 21 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a media literacy project funded by Ofcom's 'Making Sense of Media' programme.
  • Work with partners to address media literacy skills gaps across the city.
  • Engage with the public to understand their digital experience.
  • Develop training materials and short courses for front-line advisors and learners.
  • Lead on networking and benchmarking activities with partner projects in England and Wales.
Requirements:
  • Experience of delivering learning and/or employability projects, stakeholder engagement, performance and quality reporting, and evaluation.
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Excellent digital and communication skills.
