Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the engineering, planning, and implementation of site operations, including mechanical and electrical installations, maintenance, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate 'ready for site' meetings and rehearsals for site operations.
- Develop and supervise risk assessments, method statements, and safe working protocols for staff.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Lead and mentor the Site Services team, which includes mechanical and electrical technicians.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in site management, project management, or project engineering within a client-focused setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Expertise in managing health and safety obligations and implementing effective safety systems.
- HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field, or substantial related experience.
- City & Guilds/NVQ certification in a relevant technical area.
