Country Marketing Manager

**About the Role**

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Country Marketing Manager to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies for our client's real-world augmented reality mobile games in the UK.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute local content and campaigns, including blog posts, newsletters, and social media materials
* Lead the country's global content localization process
* Manage and grow the player community by gathering feedback and implementing community-driven programmes
* Optimise user acquisition through performance marketing and cross-functional collaboration
* Partner with IP owners and internal teams to align on major marketing initiatives

**Requirements**

* Strong familiarity with gaming communities
* Detail-oriented, creative, and a collaborative teammate
* Passionate gamer
* Experience working with international IPs and strict brand guidelines
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and influencer marketing campaigns
* Advanced proficiency in French or German
