Key Responsibilities

As a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfer needs
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
