About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our team at Matchtech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing software-enabled solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients in the defense sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and analyze architecture for software-enabled solutions
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop effective solutions
  • Assess and validate solutions to ensure they meet client requirements
  • Elicit and analyze requirements from clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of deployed and tactical military domains, including ISTAR, CIS, and Cyber
  • Knowledge of relevant technology domains, including software applications, infrastructure, middleware, AI/ML, networks, data, security, and system management
  • Ability to apply architectural methods to define and assess effective technology solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to create influence and build relationships
  • Proven track record in software solution development and engineering management
