Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Lead to drive a significant technology transformation, overseeing complex projects such as cloud migration, design systems, and CI/CD rollout. This pivotal role will work closely with the Head of Delivery to ensure successful delivery and provide guidance on portfolio reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple concurrent mission-critical technology projects, including cloud migration, design systems, and CI/CD rollout.
  • Manage timelines and resources to ensure successful delivery and provide guidance on portfolio reporting.
  • Lead and facilitate Agile planning and delivery management best practices at a portfolio level.
  • Explore and implement broader organisational change.
  • Drive continuous improvement of team practices, techniques, and approaches to support delivery.
  • Align to Agile values.

Nice-to-Haves

While not essential, experience in working in multiple industries or sectors, experience in a Technology or Consultancy Company, and experience of working in both Betting & Gaming Sector would be beneficial.
