A highly regarded estate agency is seeking a skilled Sales Negotiator to join their team.

The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing and bubbly personality, with the ability to provide full commitment and work hard in a fast-paced environment. Good IT skills are essential, as is the ability to work under pressure. This is an ideal position for someone with drive and motivation to advance their career as a sales negotiator with a leading estate agency.

Previous experience is essential.

You will be required to generate viewings, liaise with clients and prospective buyers in a professional, respectful, and polite manner. Follow up viewings and generate leads to help the office achieve targets. Own diary management is essential, with a good work ethic, self-motivation, and well-organized skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Booking in valuations and securing business.
  • All pre- and post-follow-up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls and feedback.
  • Conducting viewings based on office policies and procedures.
  • Registering applicants across our platforms.
  • Emailing property alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
  • Ordering EPCs and required compliance.
  • Proactively ringing through database contracts to generate business.
  • Creation of media materials and releasing properties to the market.
  • Rotating window cards and branch material.
  • Has previous sales experience and has a natural selling ability.
  • Works well within a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a natural flair for dealing with people and is always looking to provide the best customer service.
  • Is articulate with strong negotiation skills.
