We are seeking a talented Demi Sous Chef to join our skilled kitchen team at Norbreck Castle Hotel, one of the largest hotels in the Britannia chain. Our hotel boasts a grand and vibrant atmosphere, with stunning views of the Irish Sea.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and passionate individual who will bring fresh ideas to our kitchen team. As a Demi Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes, as well as contributing to the development of new menu ideas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of dishes
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
