Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at G4S Business Unit:US Youth Services. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents in a professional and effective manner
  • Provide excellent customer service to staff and visitors, ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Age 18 or over
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shift patterns, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
  • Valid SIA licence (training provided)
  • Full clean driving licence and own transport
