As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's agricultural and groundcare business. Your primary responsibility will be to support the engineers in resolving issues and managing their diaries, while also creating purchase orders and sales invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues and manage diaries
- Create purchase orders and sales invoices
- Schedule training needs for the department
- Drive retail sales and implement service initiatives
- Ensure service standards and procedures are adhered to
- Support customers' end-to-end journey
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role in an engineering-based company, ideally in the agricultural or plant industry
- Knowledge of Bobcat, Pilarus, or other agriculture brands is advantageous
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Project and planning skills
- Complaint handling skills and the ability to handle objections
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000-£35,000, working hours of 8am-5pm, 22 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and overtime available. You will also have access to a company vehicle and a pension scheme.
