We are on the lookout for Customer Service Advisors to join our well-established client in Banbury. This is a Permanent Position. The salary is £23,000 per annum working Monday to Friday with no weekends.

Our client is manufacturer and distributor for garden ware and outdoor storage and furniture. Their mission is to minimize the use of virgin resources and eliminate waste, so they designed all their products to be 100% recyclable.

About the role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you are responsible for:

- Liaises with internal and external customers i.e., consumer/retailer/warehouse/carriers.
- Respond promptly to any customer enquiries and transport queries.
- Deal directly with customers on any customer service-related questions either by telephone or electronically
- Liaises with the warehouses, the delivery companies and customers in respect of delivery failures/queries.
- Investigate customer issues and complaints through to resolution.
- When required, escalate customer queries/complaints as appropriate to Line Manager.
- Supports the consumer service team leader with KPI’s, projects and any other business related to customer service or home delivery.

I am keen to speak to has previously worked in customer service call centre environments.

I am interested in speaking to anyone who has NVQ Level 3 in customer service or administration.
