Position Overview

The Opportunity

Due to ongoing project expansion, a remarkable opportunity has emerged within a well-respected building information modeling consultancy. You will join a dynamic team of dedicated BIM professionals, contributing to the advancement of significant projects across the UK.

Role Responsibilities

As a BIM MEP Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all phases of BIM projects, from initial setup to project completion.
  • Providing leadership and management to ensure effective team coordination and project milestone achievement.
  • Maintaining awareness of project timelines and sequences to facilitate adherence to schedules.
  • Coordinating milestone planning and task allocation for the team, ensuring technical management of BIM project data and workflows.
  • Establishing a well-organized project startup with clearly defined team responsibilities.
  • Engaging professionally with clients through remote and in-person meetings to fulfill BIM project requirements efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with BIM drawing specifications and addressing any variations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with the Design Systems Team to communicate procedural changes effectively.
  • Maintaining high standards for the BIM Team's drawings throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Documenting all project activities and maintaining accurate timesheets for hours worked.
  • Overseeing project document control systems and ensuring secure storage of client information.
  • Supporting general office functions to promote a professional work environment.
  • Upholding a commitment to a respectful workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
  • Adhering to health and safety standards in all work environments.
Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will possess an HNC equivalent in a relevant field.
