In this position, you will report directly to the Project Director and will be responsible for overseeing project execution, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently, and that all deliverables meet stringent quality standards while adhering to timelines and budget constraints.

The projects you will manage include facilities such as a Medical Centre, GP's facility, Dental Centre, and various community health services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and their representatives.
  • Implementing and upholding the company's strategies and policies regarding sustainability, health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with the organization's business management systems.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving project-related challenges.
  • Evaluating working methods and materials to enhance commercial viability.
  • Providing guidance, support, and mentorship to project team members for their professional growth.
  • Conducting annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Delivering aftercare services to clients post-project completion.
  • Understanding and communicating your role in Business Continuity Planning to team members.
  • Performing any additional duties relevant to the position.
Experience and Qualifications:

  • CITB Level 3 Safety Course certification.
  • Valid CSCS Card.
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
  • Professional qualification is desirable.
  • Experience in a Site Manager role or similar capacity.
  • Proven track record in a comparable position is advantageous.
  • Experience managing projects valued over £10M as the primary lead.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Sound commercial and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical expertise and knowledge in project management.
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize resources to meet tight deadlines.
