As a seasoned Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of diverse projects within a flexible framework and governance structure. Your key objectives will include:

  • Collaborating with the Head of Project Management to determine the most suitable approach for each project, including the use of documentation and controls such as User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Project Plans, Wireframes, Technical Specs, Test Plans, and Project Reports.
  • Ensuring that JIRA and Confluence are utilized in accordance with our established processes, maintaining up-to-date JIRA boards, and generating eazyBI ETC reports for each project.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive Risk and Issues log and working to mitigate these risks.
  • Identifying potential obstacles and assisting the team in developing strategies to overcome them.
  • Leading the team by example, inspiring and driving them to uphold high standards of work ethic and deliver exceptional results.

Key Project Delivery Practices:

  • Financial Management: You will be responsible for managing project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
