We are seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team at Rebus Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Senior Finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial guidance and support to the business.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including detailed commentary for the board of directors.
Manage and analyze stock reporting, usage, and variances, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer trend analysis and market appraisals, providing valuable insights for business growth.
Assist with budgetary control, expenditure, and overhead management, ensuring effective financial planning and decision-making.
Manage intercompany reconciliations, accruals, and prepayments, maintaining accurate financial records.
Oversee working capital reporting across multiple sites, identifying and addressing any variances or discrepancies.
Prepare and submit HMRC and VAT returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Monitor sales analysis and gross profit analysis, providing actionable insights for business improvement.
Manage daily banking and cash flow balances, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
