Job Summary:
MP EXEC is seeking a skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. As a leading supplier of skilled, professional labour, we have been serving the civil engineering, rail, transportation, and construction industries for over 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process the weekly payroll, ensuring all staff are paid accurately and on time in accordance with UK legislation and their terms and conditions.
- Take the lead in running weekly payrolls, processing late payments, and running sessions 2 & 3.
- Plan and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Raise client invoices and liaise with clients on timesheets and any invoice queries.
- Set up, check, and process SSP, SMP, and SPP.
- Closing placements, processing P45s and P60s.
- Booking and processing holiday pay, pay rate increases for placed operatives.
- Print and send out payslips on a weekly basis via post and email.
Requirements:
