Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of data centres and industrial buildings from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of data centres and industrial buildings from concept to completion
  • Produce detailed drawing packages using Revit
  • Manage client relationships and be comfortable presenting to clients
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams (structural, MEP, civil engineers) to ensure integrated project design
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant UK building regulations and safety standards
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
  • Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance on technical challenges and design solutions

Requirements

  • Masters Qualified and ARB registered Architect
  • Proven experience working on data centres and industrial buildings
  • Expert Revit user
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Proven leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication abilities, especially liaising with Clients
