Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Mechanical Engineer to join our team at a leading UK-based retail support business. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems used in cleaning produce crates and returnable packaging items.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems to ensure efficient operation of equipment.
- Provide technical support to the operations team, offering guidance and training as needed to maintain high standards of equipment performance.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a relevant engineering role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
