About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiologist to join our team in Interventional Neuroradiology. As a Consultant Radiologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 1:10 on-call rota for diagnostic neuroradiology and move to a thrombectomy rota once the service is finalised
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical guidelines and protocols
  • Supervise and mentor junior medical staff, including radiology trainees and medical students
  • Participate in audit and quality improvement initiatives to ensure high standards of patient care
  • Develop and present educational programs for medical staff, AHPs, and medical students

Requirements

  • FRCSR (UK) or equivalent qualification
  • Postgraduate degree: MRCP or MRCS
  • Full Registration with the GMC and GMC Specialist Registration (or expected inclusion within 6 months)
  • Subspecialty interest within neurointerventional radiology
