We are seeking dedicated Support Services Team Leaders who are passionate about improving the lives of those we assist. You will play a crucial role in leading our supported living initiatives within the community. Our services provide a supportive and friendly atmosphere, backed by a dynamic team committed to enhancing the lives of individuals.

As a Support Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include overseeing a team of staff to empower individuals in achieving greater independence in their daily activities. This may involve creating and executing personalized support plans, conducting assessments of care needs, onboarding new team members, performing supervisions and evaluations, managing medication competencies and audits, participating in multi-disciplinary meetings, preparing reports, and assisting the Branch Manager with daily operations. Regular visits to services will ensure you remain connected to the individuals we support.

You will also participate in an on-call schedule approximately once every four weeks, subject to service requirements.

This role is ideal for someone eager to make a meaningful impact, whether by fostering confidence in colleagues or helping individuals gain independence to reach their personal goals.

We are looking for Support Services Team Leaders who possess both relevant experience and the right values. Candidates should have prior experience in a care management position and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs, and challenging behaviors.
