Job Opportunity: Telecom/Digital Specialist

NTU International A/S is seeking an experienced Telecom/Digital Specialist to join their team for a new EIB project in Ukraine. The successful candidate will contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine by providing on-site consultancy to relevant counterparts.

The consultancy assignment aims to enable investments for the recovery and reconstruction of Ukraine in line with the objectives of the Bank's broader EU4U Initiative. The Telecom/Digital Specialist will work closely with public administrations and national organizations in the EU and EU pre-accession countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site consultancy to relevant counterparts in Ukraine
  • Contribute to the deployment of EIB/JASPERS mandate in Ukraine
  • Work with public administrations and national organizations in the EU and EU pre-accession countries
  • Familiarity with EU/IFI procedures related to environmental and social impact assessments, economic appraisal of projects, and international procurement standards

Requirements:

  • Academic background in Telecom/Digital sector, preferably at the master's level or equivalent
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is advantageous
  • Ideally, at least 15 years of general working experience
  • Ideally, at least 10 years of experience in the Telecom/Digital sector
  • Proven experience working with public administrations and/or national organizations in the EU, and EU pre-accession countries
