Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join the team at Blom and Blom, a reputable childcare organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and extend children's learning, development, and educational outcomes by creating engaging and interactive activities.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children, ensuring a stimulating and inclusive environment.
  • Conduct regular observations and evaluations to assess children's progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and provide next steps to support children's development and ensure seamless transitions.
Requirements
  • A level 2 or level 3 Nursery Nurse/Early Years Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven understanding of the EYFS and key worker systems, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
