About the Role

Due to ongoing sustainable expansion, Ross-shire Engineering Limited is seeking a Senior Proposals Engineer to join our Water Technologies and Modular Build division on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive tender submissions and provide financial oversight during the tendering and proposal phases.
  • Ensure cost performance is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead initiatives related to proposals, tendering, and contract evaluations.
  • Analyze tender documents to assess scope, associated risks, and complexity, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline) is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in proposal development, technical documentation, and cost estimation within sectors such as construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential.
