About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Requirements Manager to join our team at ETS Egis Transport Solutions. As a Requirements Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Requirements and V&V activities for our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Requirements and V&V Activities: Develop and implement Requirements and V&V strategies to ensure products comply with regulations and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage Verification and Validation Processes: Oversee the production of Verification Validation Matrices (VVM's) and ensure technical documentation of V&V activities comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams: Brief and liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies on requirements management processes.
  • Support Process Improvement: Assist in identifying process improvements in requirements management approaches.
  • Ensure Technical Quality and Timeliness: Accountable for technical quality and timeliness of deliverables within scope of responsibility.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Analyze and visualize testing data and results to stakeholders and engineering managers.
Requirements
  • Chartered Engineer or Equivalent Experience: Minimum requirement for interview.
  • Experience in MEPHFC Requirements and V&V Processes: Preferably in rail infrastructure/construction projects or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Regulatory Environment: Familiarity with regulatory environment and statutory obligations relating to rail infrastructure/construction projects or equivalent.
  • Leadership and Collaboration Skills: Capable of developing plans, managing workload, and taking sole accountability for task delivery.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: High standard of verbal, written communication skills, and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical assurance and system engineering concepts.
