Job Title: Adult Learning Tutor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adult Learning Tutor to join our Business Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and delivering excellent course content for our accountancy programmes across Norfolk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver high-quality course content for accountancy programmes from level 1 to level 4 AAT qualifications.
  • Contribute to the delivery of non-accredited tailored learning programmes throughout the county.
  • Support learners and apprentices to achieve their accountancy qualifications in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the existing team to contribute to the continuation of high levels of achievement.
  • Develop and implement a proactive approach to ongoing development and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Holding or working towards a level 4 Teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching and training adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
