About the Role

The Recruitment Solution is seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our client's successful dealership in the Watford area. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet customers into the service reception, providing a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Book in vehicles and raise job cards, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Gather authorizations for work to be carried out, maintaining open communication with customers and the workshop team.
  • Liaise with the workshop to ensure seamless progress of work, utilizing the One Link system for courtesy car arrangements.
  • Cost and invoice jobs, conduct customer handovers, and upsell services to maximize revenue.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a main dealer environment, with a strong background in customer service, upsales, and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with RTC, One Link, and Kerridge systems is highly advantageous.
