Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front of House Coordinator to join our team at Rapport Guest Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all Broadgate employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- To provide outstanding service and care to all guests, adhering to our service level agreements and policies.
- To greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner, using eye contact and a smile.
- To proactively gather feedback and information from customers to improve our services.
- To maintain awareness of building facilities and provide guidance to guests as needed.
- To handle enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, either in person, via phone or email.
- To communicate effectively with the Senior Team Member, Assistant Contract Manager and Contract Manager regarding any issues or complaints.
- To work collaboratively with the team, taking and giving instructions to ensure all daily tasks are completed.

The ideal candidate will create a positive and inclusive environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer service.
