Community Paediatrician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Paediatrician to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Community Paediatrician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to babies, children, and young people across South West Essex.

About the Role

As a Community Paediatrician, you will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide care to babies, children, and young people. You will provide senior medical support and guidance to the team, work directly with patients and their families, and liaise with other external health providers and acute hospitals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide senior medical support and guidance to the team
  • Work directly with babies, children, and young people, and their families
  • Liaise with other external health providers and acute hospitals
  • Participate in the local Child Protection rota
  • Support your peers and team leader, and be an effective team member
Requirements
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practice
  • CCT or equivalent
  • Inclusion in, or eligibility for inclusion in the Specialist Register or within 6 months of obtaining CCST
