Welding Assessor Opportunity

At WEC Group Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Welding Assessor to join our team. As a Welding Assessor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the high-quality training programs and assessments for our welding apprentices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and verify the competencies of welding apprentices, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with apprentices, instructors, and industry partners to maintain high-quality training programs and assessments.
  • Train and mentor apprentices, transforming them from novices to skilled welders.
  • Evaluate trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
  • An engaging personality with a knack for making complex techniques easy to understand.
  • The ability to assess and inspire future welders to reach their full potential.
