**Your Mission (Should you choose to accept it?)**
- Train and mentor apprentices, transforming them from novices to welding ninjas.
- Assess and evaluate trainees' performance, providing constructive feedback with a smile.
- Keep up with the latest welding techniques and share your knowledge with enthusiasm.
